RMA Service

    1. Send an email to rma@cto-technology.com with information including Part Number, Original Purchased Date, Where Purchased it from, Serial Number and Defective Reasons.
    2. Put subject line as “RMA Request from company or person name”.
    3. Will assign RMA# for your case within 48 hours.
    4. Ship defective products and indicated the RMA# on the shipping label or reference.
    5. Customer will be notified once the RMA is completed.

RMA Return Policy:

    1. Please include RMA# provided with the package.
    2. All returns must need RMA approval. An unknown package with no RMA# will be rejected and returned.
    3. Product will be also refused if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or different serial# then what we had on file with the approval of RMA.
