We strive to enhance our customers’ lives through technology, whether online or in-store. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll assist with replacements, returns, or repairs.

General Return Guidelines

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition (i.e., no signs of use), including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation number) is required for all returns.
  3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from purchase days; only 7 days from purchased days for OUTLET items

 

Product-Specific Return Period

1. Samco SSD (Solid State Drive)

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Eligibility: The SSD must not have been physically damaged or tampered with

2. Samco RAM (Random Access Memory)

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Eligibility: The RAM module should be in its original condition

3. Refurbished Items

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Eligibility: Refurbished products must be returned in the same condition as received


4. Batteries (Stand Alone or Comes with the Refurbished Laptop)

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Eligibility: The battery should not be damaged due to misuse or negligence


5. Outlet Deals

  • Return Period: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Eligibility: Outlet items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.


6. Other computer peripherals

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Eligibility: Outlet items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

     

    Exceptions

    1. Non-Returnable Items:
      • Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, software licenses)
      • Personal hygiene products (e.g., headphones, earbuds)
      • Service, delivery, and installation fees
      • Custom-configured or personalized items
    2. Restocking Fees:
      • Some products may be subject to restocking fees. Check the product details for specific information.
    3. Damaged or Defective Items:
      • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for prompt assistance. Please email info@cto-technology.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

     

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Returning or exchanging an item at the store: If you’ve made an in-store, online store purchase, you can visit our physical stores with items and your proof of purchase. For items that are eligible, we provide 30 days for return, after 30 days it will be only warranty service. If we don’t have the parts or same units or unfixable, then we will replace them with something similar or better within the warranty period. A refund will be issued after we receive, inspect, and process your return item. We will refund back to your original payment method.
    2. Returning an online purchase by mail: We accept mail-in returns of the item that was purchased online. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense. For items that are eligible, we provide 30 days for return, after 30 days it will be only warranty service. If we don’t have the parts or same units or unfixable, then we will replace them with something similar or better within the warranty period. A refund will be issued after we receive, inspect, and process your return item. We will refund back to your original payment method.
