Coverage
Our warranty policy covers any defects in the digital items you purchase from our website. This includes issues related to the functionality and usability of the digital products under normal use conditions.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective digital item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. -
Overseas Product Service Policy
Any product purchased outside of Canada (such as a direct overseas purchase) is not covered by CTO TECHNOLOGY’s warranty. The product may be covered by a warranty applicable in the country of purchase.
If repair service is requested outside of Canada, it will be considered Out-of-Warranty and, if the product is deemed repairable, will be repaired at customer’s sole cost and expense.
